N'Tense Fitness offers training opportunities for our members that extend beyond the Monday through Saturday crosstraining classes. We encourage you to take advantage of these benefits and work them into your scheduled routine.
Goals are an important part of building your confidence and abilities. Have you always wanted to climb a 14er? Hike the Manitou Incline? Try an obstacle race or finish your first 5k? No matter, your goal we will work with you to make it a reality.

At N'Tense Fitness we realize that our members may have goals that they do not have time to work on during class. Open Gym allows our members to have a guided opportunity to build on individual goals.
Team Red, White, and Blue's mission is to enrich the lives of America's Veterans by connecting them to their community through "physical and social activity." N'Tense Fitness supports this organization and offers specific training for veterans at the gym the first and third Wednesday of every month.
N'Tense Fitness partners with a local instructor to offer a weekly yoga class to our members at no additional cost.
The benefits of yoga include increased flexibility, increased muscle strength and toning, as well as balance.
