Student athletes typically train one sport repetitively in a team environment, which is lacking the necessary component of one-on-one attention. Youth training programs at N'Tense Fitness build the supportive elements that create the well-rounded athlete. This training works in small classes focusing specifically on areas that extend beyond sport-specific training. Athletes train in the areas of speed/agility, strength and conditioning, but programming can be as specific to the sport as the student would like. Keith has been an athlete his whole life as well as an elementary teacher for the past 20 years.
Bottom line he can motivate kids to work hard and reach their goals.
Training is available for teams that want to work together beyond the practice field. Our goal is to build team camaraderie and healthy competition. By training year-round, athletes will avoid the reintroduction to routine and start the season in peak performance. Team training takes place at the gym and off-site.
