We know you have many choices when it comes to finding a gym and classes that meet your fitness goals. At N'Tense Fitness we are not a corporate or franchised gym. We are family-owned and locally operated with all of our classes taught by owner Keith Nomis. At N'Tense Fitness you are not a number and we are personally invested in you. We are a family gym and you will find many of our members have been with us since the beginning.
Our classes incorporate a wide range of exercises and training styles to keep your body challenged and ensure you never plateau. Technique is critical and we will work with you to make sure you demonstrate proper form to prevent injury.
